CLIFTON POINTE CHARITABLE PARTNERS
“Charite bien ordonne commence pay soy mem”—Charity well directed should begin at home. —Monsieur Adrian de Montluc
So said the late, obscure 17th century, French author. Like Monsieur Montluc, the members of Abode believe that, “Charity well directed should begin at home.” This means being a good neighbor. And in this respect, the $10 million dollar investment Abode Living is making in Clifton Pointe will bring new families to the neighborhood who in turn will support local merchants, restaurateurs, gallery owners, and the cultural institutions that make Lakewood such a desirable community.
In addition, recognizing the financial challenges faced by many of the area’s nonprofit institutions, Abode’s Charitable Partners Program encourages local philanthropy. Any charitable contribution made by a purchaser of a Clifton Pointe townhome to a nonprofit entity will be matched by Abode.
† ABODE LIVING RECOMMENDS PURCHASERS SEEK PROFESSIONAL TAX ADVICE ON THE DEDUCTIBILITY OF ANY CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS. ABODE LIVING WILL MATCH UP TO A TOTAL OF $1,000 PER RESIDENCE.

Mrs. Cindy Einhouse, Director of Development for The Beck Center, Lakewood’s Performing and Arts Center receives a charitable contribution from developers, Andrew Brickman and Justin Campbell of Abode. On February 22, 2012, Brickman and Campbell along with Gina Cole of Cleveland Home Title hosted an open house at their luxury townhome community in Rocky River, Eleven River, to announce the groundbreaking of Lakewood’s newest waterfront community, Clifton Pointe. The developers raffled off a private rooftop cocktail party at Eleven River with all proceeds going to the Beck Center.
